1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms of use.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

1.4 You must be over the age of 18 to access our website and place an order. By completing your order you confirm you are over the age of 18.


1.5 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.6 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.


1.7 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

1.17 When you give The Real Ale Warehouse Limited your credit card details you are confirming that you are the cardholder or that you have obtained permission from the cardholder to use the card to order beer from Real Ale Warehouse.

1.18 Before you commence shopping as a Beer Bank account holder, you will first have to register with us, including credit / debit card details so we can check your age, check where to send your orders and take any required payment.

1.19 When you place an order your card details will be securely stored by our Bank intermediate to enable your recurring monthly payment to be transacted.  Other than for your recurring monthly payment we will not take a payment from your card unless you authorise us to do so.

1.20 For your own protection we reserve the right to contact card issuer to carry out security checks.

1.21 We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason.  If we cancel your order we will contact you to explain why we have cancelled the order and refund any money you have paid into your Beer Bank account.

1.22 Only when necessary will we pass on your details to third parties such as our delivery agents to enable us to fulfil your order.

1.23 Any promotions or discounts or vouchers are single use items and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discounts or voucher unless otherwise stated.

1.24 The products on our website are shown in real time.  Any product may be withdrawn without notice.

1.25 For Beer Bank account holders, a discount of 10% applies to all items in an order. This does not apply to the cost of delivery.

1.26  If you do not use the full amount of your account balance the remaining balance will be visible in your account.

1.27 You are under no obligation to order at any time. You choose when you want to order using the money in your Beer Bank account. You can order what you want when you want.

1.28 Your recurring monthly payment shall be taken from the credit or debit card you registered with us on the same date every month you first registered (or the nearest banking date).  If we cannot take your monthly payment from your nominated card for any reason, we will contact you requesting that you provide us with your new card details.  Once we have your new card details we shall take payment for that calendar month and the previous calendar month unless you inform us otherwise.

1.29 If you place an order that totals more than the balance of your Beer Bank account you can pay the difference by any other card or by your Paypal account.

1.30 You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us at beer@realalewarehouse.co.uk. Your final account balance will exclude any promotional amounts credited to your account.

1.31 As a Beer Bank account holder you are welcome to recommend a friend to join up.  Every time someone you have recommended us to registers and opens an account by making a deposit this will show within the dashboard of your account. We will then apply a £10 bonus to your Beer Bank account.

1.32 You can recommend as many friends as you like as often as you like. The more people you recommend and sign up the more bonuses you are entitled to.


1.33 Vouchers are not transferable, may not be sold at auction and have no cash alternative.

1.34 Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


These terms of use are governed by Scottish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the full price of your order (excluding delivery and collection costs) within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Occasionally we may have to substitute beers in our gift packs and special cases due to unavailability of sufficient stock. Should this occur we will substitute as close as possible to the type of beer originally ordered and any alternative will be of equivalent or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of your order date.
