The ales listed below are all bottled conditioned beer, meaning for maximum enjoyment you should:
1. Allow the yeast to settle by storing the bottle in an upright position for 24 hours after delivery
2. Refrigerate the bottle upright until it is chilled, but not cold (10-12°C)
3. Pour your ale carefully into a glass at a 45° angle leaving the yeast in the bottle
Tip 1: Before pouring, make sure your glass is of a size to accommodate the full content of
the bottle plus the attendant foam.
Tip2: When pouring at a 45° angle, target the middle of the slope, at half the half way point
